We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday: 8 am - 6 pm
Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm
Wednesday: 8 am - 5 pm
Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm

Mission

Our goal is to provide the highest quality orthodontics in a professional and caring atmosphere providing each individual with a beautiful smile that will enhance their oral health and overall appearance.

Policies

  1. Many appointments will have to be made during the school year at times when classes are held. This will require a school absence. We try to minimize these absences by scheduling long appointments in the morning when few children come in and short appointments in the afternoon when many children come in.
  2. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. More than three failed appointments during the treatment period will result in an additional fee.
  3. The treatment fee does not include broken or lost appliances and retainer. There may be additional fees for these.
  4. The treatment fee, unless otherwise mentioned, includes two years of retention care. If further visits are needed, it will be based upon a routine office visit schedule.
  5. A healthy relationship between Doctor, patient, parent(s) and office staff is based upon trust, cooperation and understanding. If there is a problem at all, please inform us about it as soon as possible.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. If you have any questions, our staff is readily available for further assistance.
