Our Mission

At New Hope Orthodontics, we create more than beautiful smiles. Our mission is to provide the highest quality orthodontic and dental care to our patients using the safest and latest advancements in technology and equipment, while treating them as we would want to be treated.

Appointments

Because we take measures to respect your time, we ask that you do the same for us and our other patients. Due to the nature of our practice, many appointments are about an hour long, and if canceled at the last minute are difficult to fill. Please give at least a day's notice if you need to reschedule an appointment, to allow us time to fill that space with another patient.

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, so missing them can cause delays in your progress. We understand that last-minute illnesses or emergencies occur and you may need to cancel an appointment. When possible we request at least 24 hours’ notice for these cancelled appointments. If you miss an appointment or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, there may be a broken appointment charge, depending on the length of the appointment.

Affordable Financing Options

Don’t let finances stand in your way for achieving the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve! We are pleased to offer in-house financing options with down payment and low monthly payments that make your treatment more affordable. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!

If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate you.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

New Hope Orthodontics is not affiliated with any dental or medical insurance provider. If you have orthodontic benefits, we will provide you with the necessary information needed to submit to your dental insurance company. The insurance company will reimburse you if a benefit is due to you according to your policy.

If you have an orthodontic benefit with a dental insurance company or any other provider, we strongly encourage you to become aware of your specific benefits by contacting your insurance carrier. Doing this will allow you to plan for costs and payments, as well as avoid any unwanted financial difficulties when you begin treatment.

You as the patient or parent, are ultimately responsible for any fees incurred at our practice. We are happy to work with you to maximize your orthodontic benefit and can provide you with a statement of services rendered.
